Eric Parrs
Mr. Parrs works in the fuel and mattress vertical throughout the United States. Holding multiple CAP rate records (at time of sale) for his dispositional efforts of multiple Wawa locations on behalf of Landlords, Mr Parrs has also maintained market share for mattress stores throughout the country while also disposing of 7-Eleven properties. Eric’s listing and sales prowess extends across the country with successful assignments in California, Ohio, Tennessee, South Carolina, Virginia, Indiana, Georgia and Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Florida MSRE program as well as the Crummer Graduate School of Business. He, his wife and two children reside in Central Florida.

Nash Williams
Mr. Williams works in the coffee and cannabis verticals (among others) throughout the United States. He has successfully transacted more cannabis dispensaries in the state of Florida than any other broker holding numerous distinctions for both the largest cannabis transaction and most compressed CAP rate on multiple occasions. Nash’s efforts extend to the coffee business as he tracks and transacts both small format and traditional format coffee locations. Mr Williams has demonstrated his versatility in running successful marketing campaigns for both small and large properties ranging from six to eight figures. A graduate of University of Central Florida, Mr Williams was the President of the Real Estate Club and joined the firm through the Student Development Program. He resides in Central Florida.

Kyle D'Souza
Mr. D’Souza works in the StripCenter.com division of the firm working with owners of StripCenters throughout the state of Florida to best position the assets for monetization. Mr. D’Souza has transacted stripcenters ranging from Mom & Pop oriented tenants to institutional level, national credit centers. A lifelong Central Florida resident, Mr. D’Souza resides in Lake Mary, Florida, a former student at the University of Central Florida and is a product of the firm’s Student Development Program.
