These Terms & Conditions govern the NNN Capital SMS text messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages from NNN Capital, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

NNN Capital is a retail commercial real estate brokerage based in Orlando, Florida. When you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on the Contact form at nnncapital.com, you agree to receive text messages from NNN Capital about retail commercial real estate listings and property and transaction updates, as well as follow-up messages from our agents in response to inquiries you submit. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send you one final text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, simply submit the Contact form on nnncapital.com again and check the SMS consent box, and we will start sending you text messages again.
